Therapeutic Arts Sessions

A quiet space
to return to
yourself.

A guided creative space to foster presence and reflection. This practice asks nothing of your skill, only your attention and willingness to explore. No experience necessary.

What I Offer

Two ways to begin, both held with the same quiet attention.

Every session, alone or in a group, follows the same practice: creative process without pressure toward a finished piece.

Therapeutic Arts Facilitation

Guided 1:1 sessions for reflection and grounding through creative process. A conversation first, then space to make — and to notice what surfaces along the way.

An individual session held with care, not instruction and not therapy. You bring whatever you’re carrying; the art becomes a way of listening inward and noticing what’s there.

No art experience is needed. The focus is on process, not outcome.

  • Navigating a transition — burnout, grief, identity shifts, caregiving fatigue.
  • Feeling creatively disconnected — a longing to reconnect, without pressure to produce.
  • New to this — curiosity is enough.

Offered online or in person, whichever feels right for you.

Ground & Gesture Circles

A ground is the prepared surface on which a work begins, and a gesture is the expressive movement or mark that gives it life. This is a gentle space where we come home to ourselves through creative practice.

A gathering of people creating and reflecting together. Sharing in a safe, inclusive circle fosters courage and belonging. No one is asked to perform or produce; the point is presence.

No art experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.

  • Seeking connection — shared creative reflection, not solitary practice.
  • Ready to share — comfortable witnessing and being witnessed in a small group.
  • New to this — curiosity is enough, no performance expected.

Offered online or in person, in a small group setting.

Come as you are, and leave a little more connected to yourself.

About Ruhi

Rooted in authenticity, not performance.

After two decades of cross-cultural creative work in education, storytelling, and community engagement, I found that art is how we remember who we are.

My role isn’t to teach technique or offer therapy. It’s to hold space for you to reconnect with yourself through creative process — wherever that leads.

I’m not an art therapist, and I’m not an art teacher. I won’t ask you to learn a technique, and this isn’t clinical treatment. My training is in facilitation — across education, storytelling, community engagement, and media work that carried me across cultures and continents. What stayed with me through all of it is the same thread: given an honest creative space, people find their way back to themselves.

The work is slow on purpose. There’s no performance here, no finished piece to chase — just space to notice what’s true, and time to let it settle.

“Art is the doorway. Remembering yourself is the destination.”
