About Ruhi

[Portrait: Ruhi, natural light, relaxed, with materials]

For two decades, my work has moved between worlds across six continents, in education, storytelling, community engagement, and media. Whatever the role, the underlying purpose was always the same: helping people feel seen, heard, and connected.

Creativity became not just a professional skill, but a bridge between personal authenticity and collective healing.

“Through art and embodied expression, we remember who we are: whole, connected, and enough.”

Facilitation, not instruction

I’m not an art therapist, and I’m not teaching technique. My role is to hold space, offering containment, reflection, and permission to show up as you are. The creative work meets you where you are, allowing insight and reconnection to emerge naturally.

You don’t need to be an artist. You only need a willingness to show up as you are.
