What this is

An individual session held with care, not instruction and not therapy. You bring whatever you’re carrying; the art becomes a way of listening inward and noticing what’s there.

No art experience is needed. The focus is on process, not outcome.

Who this is for

Navigating a transition

Burnout, grief, identity shifts, or caregiving fatigue. If you're moving through something that's hard to put into words, a session offers a quiet place to let it surface at its own pace.

Feeling creatively disconnected

A longing to feel more present, or a sense that you've lost touch with your own creativity somewhere along the way. This is a space to reconnect with it gently, without any pressure to produce something.

New to this

No prior art experience needed. Curiosity is enough. You don't need to know what you're looking for going in; the process itself will help you find it.

Begin where you are.

Each session begins with a conversation.
